Service Description

Our care assessment is a relaxed, friendly face-to-face visit (around 45–60minutes) designed to get to know you or your loved one in a calm, comfortable environment — nothing strict or formal. We talk through your daily routines, preferences, health needs, and the type of support you’re looking for. This helps us build a personalised care plan and match you with the right carer. There’s absolutely no pressure or obligation — just a simple, chilled conversation to make sure we can offer the best possible support.
